In order to welcome the National College Students' Mental Health Day, the Mental Health Work Center of our hospital launched a mental health activity week and held a series of activities. Our department actively responded to the call of the college and organized activities. Teacher Yang Yuan, a counselor and psychological counselor of the Medical Department, personally gave lectures on mental health education for students. Grade counselors actively advocate mental health activities and listen to lectures with students. This series of theme activities has promoted students' understanding of college students' mental health education, improved students' awareness of mental health care, promoted the harmony of interpersonal relationships, and provided some guidance for college students who are about to enter the society. During the activity, middle school students responded positively, and cooperated with Mr. Yang's wonderful life perception and inculcation, which led to the successful conclusion of this mental health lecture. The mental health education activities of college students are reported as follows:

First, extensive publicity to enhance mental health awareness.

In the early stage of the activity, the propaganda department of our department carried out a series of publicity for this activity, mainly through the newspapers and exhibition boards in the department to do the preliminary publicity work for the students.

Second, make careful arrangements to ensure the smooth progress of the activities.

The lecture was held as scheduled, and the main participants were Wang Yurong counselors, student cadres of the Communist Youth League branch and all the students. There are special service personnel at the activity site to work hard with the students for the smooth progress of the activity.

Third, the content of the lecture.

First of all, Teacher Yang began the lecture in a friendly and humorous way. The theme of the lecture is "blue sky and white clouds". Teacher Yang mainly explains from personal experience and feelings, which avoids the boredom brought by theoretical knowledge and improves the enthusiasm of students to participate. Secondly, Teacher Yang analyzed and encouraged the students from the aspects of study, life, work, interpersonal communication, college romance and self-cognition.

In learning, we should give ourselves an accurate orientation, aim at the direction, and have a good positive attitude in the learning process. Because attitude is everything. In school, we should make full use of resources, the library is the heart of the campus, read more books, expand extracurricular knowledge, and learn to use the network correctly and reasonably. Girls should not only use it as a DVD player, but boys should also avoid turning it into a game machine.

In life, pay attention to cultivate and improve your adaptability, and be safe when things happen. We should correctly treat the so-called "injustice" in the family environment, change the unsatisfactory environment by our own efforts, and strive for reasonable fairness.

In interpersonal communication, we should pay attention to establishing our own interpersonal network and communicating with classmates, relatives and teachers around us, which is also one of the resources of the school. The school provides us with strong teachers, good learning atmosphere and beautiful learning environment. We are very happy to study and communicate here. So don't be stingy with your time, go out and communicate with others more. College is not like high school. As long as you study well, it proves that you are a good student. According to the psychological characteristics of college students, the college psychological counseling center makes targeted plans and conducts counseling activities, which are well received by students, and the activities are close to students, satisfying their psychological needs, widely mobilizing their enthusiasm for participation, promoting students' understanding of college students' mental health education, and promoting students' understanding of themselves and cultivating good interpersonal relationships. Judging from their participation in activities and feedback information, students are aware of the importance of mental health from the bottom of their hearts, especially in the process of their own development. They clearly realize that only with sound personality, happy mood and healthy psychology can they lay an internal foundation for their own development.

Today, with the rapid improvement of technology and knowledge, human beings have also entered an era of emotional burden. As a member of modern society, college students are naturally sensitive to the "barometer" of social psychology. However, as a special social group, college students have many special problems, such as adaptation to the new learning environment and tasks, choice of majors and studies, conflict between dreams and reality, handling and learning of interpersonal relationships, contradictions in love and choice of future careers. All kinds of psychological pressure accumulate together, and over time, it will cause psychological obstacles. As the son of heaven, mental health is the foundation of academic achievement, career success and happy life. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out mental health education in colleges and universities. Mental health education can prevent mental diseases and physical and mental diseases, clear students' minds in time, relieve pressure and guide the direction.

So as a non-professional, how to determine whether the psychology of yourself or the people around you is normal? There are three basic principles:

1, whether the psychological and social environments tend to be consistent.

2. Whether psychological and behavioral actions tend to be consistent.

3. Whether people's mood is stable in a period of time.

If a person has a big emotion that is contrary to the above, then he may have the necessary psychological obstacles. So what is psychological disorder? Refers to mental illness or slight psychological disorder. Most contemporary college students appear because of physical and mental fatigue, tension, psychological conflicts, sudden problems or contradictions that are difficult to coordinate. The time is short and the degree is slight, and it disappears or slows down with the changes of the situation. Others are long and heavy, and eventually they have to drop out of school or even drop out of school. Its manifestations are also varied, mainly in the psychological activities and behaviors at the moment. Psychological activities, such as hypersensitivity or hypoesthesia, abnormal somatosensory perception, illusion, hallucination, forgetfulness, paranoia, unfamiliar words, vague consciousness, disordered psychological characteristics, and difficult to get along with. Anxiety, indifference, stubbornness, aggression, heavy heart, disheartened, and even pain.

The above emotional state is obviously not conducive to the development of college students, so it is necessary for college students to learn self-psychological adjustment and realize mental health. We can start from the following aspects:

1, adhere to a strong interest in learning and thirst for knowledge. Learning is the main task of college students. With the interest in learning, we can consciously jump into the vast ocean of knowledge and invite them to swim, desperately absorb new knowledge and develop various skills to improve our own quality and better adapt to the needs of social development.

2. Adhere to an optimistic mood and a good mood. College students should persist in an enterprising and optimistic mood, be cheerful, be full of confidence and expectation for the future, learn to adjust themselves when encountering sad things, and properly express and control their emotions, so as to win without arrogance, lose with grace, be ecstatic and be troubled.

3. Actively communicate with the school counselor. School psychological consultation is an important way to improve students' psychological health and optimize their psychological quality, and it is also an important part of psychological quality education. With the passage of time, psychological counseling has been recognized and understood by more and more people, and more and more colleges and even middle schools have begun to set up psychological counseling institutions. Psychological counseling can guide students to reduce inner contradictions and conflicts, solve their worries and difficulties, and develop their physical and mental potential. It can also help students understand themselves correctly, grasp themselves and adapt to the external environment effectively. Therefore, when we feel depressed, we should communicate with psychological counselors in a timely and active manner.

In the past year, I worked as a mental health worker in my class. In the past year, I did some work and learned a lot. Every work has an ideal state, which deserves people's aftertaste and yearning. In one year's work, I have tasted the hardships of the work, and at the same time, I have realized the happiness and ordinary work as a medical staff.

First of all, we must understand our responsibilities in order to continuously improve our working ability. To be a qualified mental health worker, the duty of mental health workers is to maintain the mental health of class students, and every mental health worker should have a full sense of urgency and responsibility. At the same time, you should have a pair of keen eyes, so that you can find your classmates' problems in time and find ways to solve them in time. The duties of mental health workers mainly include:

1, publicize and popularize the psychological knowledge of middle school students, spread the concept of mental health, regularly carry out some publicity activities on mental health in classes, and make corresponding summaries and records to promote the improvement of students' psychological quality.

2. Publicize and introduce the progress of mental health education and the related construction of psychological consultation in our school.

3. Responsible for collecting students' mental health information and submitting students' mental health reports to the mental health center every month.

4. Try to learn relevant psychological knowledge, improve your understanding of mental health, help your classmates with relevant knowledge, and guide them with an optimistic attitude.

5. Work should follow the principle of confidentiality, safeguard students' rights and interests, and not divulge students' privacy at will.

6. During the training period, we should seriously study the training courses for mental health workers and do a good job in class psychological investigation and related tests.

7. Cooperate with the series of mental health education activities carried out by the psychological consultation room, actively participate in the training, special study and exchange activities of mental health workers, and continuously improve their working ability.

8. Write a work summary as required every semester and submit it to the Psychological Development Department.

In the past year, I have constantly strengthened communication with my classmates, communicated with them in different ways, and understood their inner thoughts.

1, warm classroom construction, through psychological angle, psychological games, psychological books recommendation and various publicity activities. Focus on the establishment of harmonious interpersonal relationship, promote the construction of soft and hard environment in class and serve the establishment of warm classroom.

2. Mental health workers regularly collect the general psychological confusion questions raised by students in this class, and feed them back to the psychological development department of the hospital in time, and contact the teachers in the mental health center for professional answers through the psychological development department.

3. Strengthen contact with other class cadres and dormitory leaders, find problems in time, and be good at helping students with psychological confusion and troubles. When individual students are found to have serious psychological problems, they should promptly report to counselors and teachers in mental health centers and advise them to consult with counselors or school mental health centers.

4, the so-called "heart-to-heart", as the name implies, is to talk face to face and heart to heart. The purpose of this activity is to provide a platform for students to pour out their feelings, so as to promote exchanges and friendship between students and prevent students from "psychological crisis", such as suicide.

In order to make my work more advanced and guided by educational ideas, I am also constantly learning. At the beginning of the new year, I will start my work from a new perspective and be a conscientious person on the education front. I hope that mental health workers can actively complete their psychological work with the help of teachers and classmates, and escort students' mental health!
