1. Before the expiration of medical treatment, inform employees of the expiration date of medical treatment, and ask employees to return to work within a certain period after the expiration of medical treatment. It is necessary to indicate in the quick list the words such as the work notice of returning to the original post after the medical treatment expires, and the mailing address is subject to the employee's home address specified in the labor contract;
2. After the notice is issued, if the employee fails to return to work according to the notice or continues to submit the sick leave certificate, the unit shall arrange another job for the employee and deliver another work notice to the employee in the same way. If the work is arranged separately, the work intensity and technical requirements should be lower than the original post, so as to reflect the rationality of arranging the work separately;
3. If the employee fails to arrive at the post or fails to submit the sick leave certificate after receiving the notice of other arrangements, the unit shall notify the employee to carry out the labor ability appraisal. If the laborer refuses to do the appraisal or is determined to have a serious injury to his working ability, and can't engage in the original work or the work arranged by the unit, the unit can pay an extra month's salary in place of notice or notify the laborer 30 days in advance according to relevant laws, unilaterally terminate the labor contract, and pay economic compensation to the laborer.
The cure rate of cancer varies with many factors:
1. Types of cancer itself: The high malignant tumors have low cure rate, such as pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer and lung cancer.
2. Staging of cancer: The earlier the staging, the greater the possibility of cure. Early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment are required. The later the staging, the less likely it is to be cured.
3. The degree of patients' standardized treatment cooperation: tumor treatment is comprehensive treatment, including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, molecular targeting, traditional Chinese medicine and so on. As long as patients can receive standardized treatment, they are likely to be cured. Pay attention to the influence of these three factors on the cure. It is recommended to check once a year, and seek medical advice in time if any abnormality is found. Develop regular life and eating habits, exercise more, and improve the body's resistance and immunity.
To sum up, employees with cancer can work normally, but they can be allowed to work normally, but they can't be allowed to do too heavy work. If they are sick and can't do their original jobs after the prescribed medical treatment period, they can be given some compensation and terminate the labor contract. Labor remuneration is calculated according to working years, that is, one month's salary is compensated for every full year.

Article 42
Under any of the following circumstances, the employer may not terminate the labor contract, and the employer may not terminate the labor contract in accordance with the provisions of Articles 40 and 41 of this Law:
(1) The worker who is engaged in the operation exposed to occupational hazards fails to undergo the occupational health examination before leaving his post, or the suspected occupational disease patient is in the period of diagnosis or medical observation;
(2) Suffering from occupational diseases or work-related injuries in this unit and being confirmed to have lost or partially lost the ability to work;
(3) Being sick or injured non-work-related, and within the prescribed medical treatment period;
(four) female workers during pregnancy, childbirth and lactation;
(5) Having worked continuously in this unit for fifteen years and being less than five years away from the statutory retirement age;
(6) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
