Please check your connection status on the bracelet dial first. If your bracelet is disconnected, please follow these steps:
A. Please turn the Bluetooth switch on/off again;
B. Please use Huawei Health App to connect with the bracelet, and do not use the Bluetooth pairing of the mobile phone system;
C. Please open the location permission or GPS permission of the mobile phone system and the location permission of the App. Methods: Turn on mobile phone settings > applications and notifications > application management > sports health > permissions > turn on your position switch (the specific mobile phone setting method may be different);
D. repeatedly use the sports health App to scan and pair;
E. if the bracelet cannot be searched according to the above method, please operate the bracelet to enter more > restart or more > restore the factory settings and try to connect again.
If your bracelet is connected, please operate as follows:
A. Please ensure that the bracelet is not paired with the sports health App on any mobile phone;
B. please confirm that > there is no bluetooth information of reserved bracelet in bluetooth. If yes, please set it in mobile phone > Bluetooth, click the circle with the letter I behind the Bluetooth name of the bracelet that was previously paired, and click Cancel Pairing to delete the pairing record;
C. Repeatedly use the sports health App to scan and pair.
