Legal basis: Interim Provisions on Physical Examination Management
Twenty-third out-of-town health examination refers to the health examination conducted by medical institutions outside their practice address. In addition to the prescribed health examination, medical institutions shall not carry out health examination outside the practice address.
Twenty-fourth medical institutions can carry out health examination outside the jurisdiction of the registration authority.
Article 25 Before going out for a health check-up, the medical institution shall sign a health check-up agreement with the inviting unit to determine the time and place of the health check-up, the number of medical check-ups, the items and processes of the medical check-up, and the basic information of the medical personnel and equipment dispatched, and clarify the legal responsibilities of both parties.
