1, card registration. Managers should ask the staff one by one whether to apply for a card, and the staff who do not apply for a card should indicate the words voluntarily give up the card and sign it.
2. Provide information. The staff handling the card should provide a copy of valid ID card copied on A4 paper, and the front and back of the ID card should be printed on the same side of A4 paper.
3. Apply for a card. The agent shall carefully examine the documents and materials required for handling the card, and submit them to the trade union office after ensuring that all kinds of materials are accurate.
4. Get the card. The trade union went to the Bank of Beijing to go through the application procedures, and then notified the manager to sign for it.
