According to the Glass Packaging Association, the energy saved by recycling a glass bottle can make a 100 watt light bulb light for about 4 hours, let a computer run for 30 minutes and watch TV programs for 20 minutes, so recycling glass is of great significance.
The recycling of glass bottles saves energy, reduces the garbage capacity of landfills, and can provide more raw materials for other products including glass bottles. According to the National Consumer Plastic Bottle Report of the American Chemical Products Council, about 2.5 billion pounds of plastic bottles were recycled in 2009, with a recovery rate of only 28%.
Glass bottle spraying production line generally consists of spraying room, chain hanger and oven. There is also the pretreatment of glass bottles, which pay special attention to sewage discharge. As for the quality of glass bottle spraying, it is related to water treatment, workpiece surface cleaning, hook conductivity, gas volume, powder spraying and operator level. It is suggested to choose the following methods for trial implementation: pretreatment stage, including pre-stripping, main stripping and surface conditioning. If it is in the north, the temperature of the main stripping part should not be too low, and it needs to be kept warm. Otherwise, the treatment effect is not ideal.
