How should children often have a fever?

When a child has a fever, we are generally divided into low fever, moderate fever and high fever. Generally speaking, we say that the temperature below 38 degrees is low, the temperature from 38 degrees to 39 degrees is moderate, the temperature above 39 degrees is high, and the temperature above 40 degrees is ultra-high. In this case, we have to deal with fever, high fever and ultra-high fever. We don't have to treat low-grade fever as a special kind. Even sometimes, we don't need treatment, just drink more water for our children or unbutton our clothes to cool off. Then if it is above 38 degrees to 39 degrees, we sometimes have to deal with these children's fever, because if we don't deal with it, it may cause children's febrile convulsions and so on.

So how to deal with it? We said there was a fever, so we had to give him heat first. Heat dissipation must first be done by removing clothes. If the baby is wrapped too much, it should be unpacked. Our older child's clothes can be unpacked, or the clothes he wears can be reduced to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation. The second is to dissipate heat as soon as possible. We can do some physical cooling for him, such as using cold towels. Squeeze it and put it on the child's forehead, or we can use warm water, such as this 30-40 degree water, to take a warm bath around his neck, armpits, groin and limbs to cool down, and we can post some cooling stickers. There are many such antipyretic stickers on the market now, which can also be attached to his head or neck. In other words, if the body temperature cannot be lowered after these treatments, drugs must be used to cool down, such as oral antipyretics, intramuscular antipyretics and even intravenous drugs, which can quickly achieve the purpose of cooling down.
