1. Different enrollment directions:
Xueshuo is a traditional academic master, and there are more than 100 colleges and universities in China. The enrollment direction of general colleges and universities is divided into foundation, development and application. This direction should be determined when applying for the exam, and the retest scores in different directions are generally different. At present, Shanghai is still a unified examination, and Beijing has all its own propositions.
The full name of a master's degree is Master of Applied Psychology. Since the establishment of 20 1 1, more than 60 colleges and universities have set up master's programs, which are generally good psychology colleges, aiming at cultivating some practical talents. Every school generally has the direction of human resources, psychological counseling, career planning, etc., and it is generally not necessary to determine the direction when applying for the exam, except for individual schools (such as the First Normal University and Beijing Normal University).
2. The examination subjects are different:
All colleges and universities for master's degree are taking English I, which is a little more difficult. College degree is a national unified outline, and each college has its own proposition, and some colleges have their own bibliography. According to the national syllabus, the examination subjects include general psychology, experiment, statistics, measurement, development, society, management, personality, consultation, clinic and abnormal conditions. Generally, colleges and universities with their own bibliographies can review according to the specified list, and of course they should expand it appropriately.
3. Different class hours
Master's degree is three-year in most colleges and universities, only a few colleges and universities are two-year (Jida, Beihang, Harbin Engineering University), and most colleges and universities still have unified examinations. Master's degree usually lasts for two or three years, such as the first normal school, and the on-the-job (Beijing Normal University, Nankai) usually lasts for about three years.
4. Different school training programs
Postgraduates pay more attention to cultivating students' scientific research ability and have requirements for the number of published papers. Different schools have higher requirements for dissertations. During the postgraduate period, the super master pays more attention to cultivating students' practical ability, and has no special requirements for thesis publication, and the requirements for graduation thesis are much looser than those of the master.
5. Employment problem
On the issue of academic employment, studying for a master's degree is conducive to studying for a doctorate and becoming a college teacher in the future. No matter which direction you study, there is not much difference between studying for a doctorate and entering a junior college.
Generally speaking, it is more advantageous to enter the enterprise with a master's degree, because there are more practical experiences. As for what kind of job to find, as I said when I introduced my master's degree, there are no particularly strict boundaries.
