1. If inactivated vaccines such as Kexing and Sinopharm are inoculated by adjusting the pre-trip detection method, or inactivated vaccines and non-inactivated vaccines are mixed, nucleic acid detection should be carried out on the third and second days before the trip (cross-detection should be carried out in different testing institutions, one of which should be Raffles or Baihui), and serum IgM detection is not necessary.
The detection requirements for people who have been vaccinated with non-inactivated vaccines, have not been vaccinated or have not completed vaccination remain unchanged.
2. Adjust the observation period of the confirmed population (1). The population with confirmed nucleic acid (PCR) or rapid antigen (ART) positive in COVID-19. Two weeks after diagnosis (based on the date of positive test) (more than two weeks of hospitalization, based on the actual date of recovery), you can enter the testing and investigation procedures. Those who pass the test can enter a 6-week observation period (including 14 days of isolation health monitoring) after confirmation by the embassy. If there is no abnormality, they can apply for a health code before the test.
Specific process:
After the patient is diagnosed, it is necessary to carry out two nucleic acid tests at an interval of 1 day (two-dimensional code test certificate or verification website link is required for cross-testing by different testing institutions) and X-ray /CT examination of the lung, and submit the relevant test results to the embassy for review. Among them, the lung examination should be within 5 days from the date of submission, and the nucleic acid detection should be on the 3rd and 1 day before the date of submission. The embassy will confirm it after passing the examination, and conduct isolation health monitoring for 14 days from the date of confirmation. If there are no symptoms such as fever and cough, you can take a pre-trip test and apply for a health code 6 weeks after the date of diagnosis.
For example, if a customer is diagnosed or tested positive at 1, the earliest test can be conducted at 15. If 17 carries out nucleic acid once and 19 carries out nucleic acid for the second time, X-ray /CT examination of the lung can be carried out on any date of 15-20, and the confirmation application can be submitted by mail on the 20th. If the nucleic acid and lung test are unqualified, it will take 2 weeks to start.
After receiving the application, the embassy will review the relevant materials, and those that meet the requirements will be confirmed by email. The parties concerned need to receive 14 days of isolation health monitoring from the date of reply from the embassy email. If there is nothing unusual, they can take a pre-trip test and apply for a health code six weeks after the reply date. If you have fever, cough and other symptoms, please contact the embassy for further guidance.
(2) The previously diagnosed personnel who were positive for N protein of non-inactivated vaccine or positive for IgM before travel, and negative for nucleic acid before travel, can directly enter the nucleic acid and lung examination and screening procedures. After being confirmed by the embassy, the inspectors can complete a 6-week observation period (including 14 days of isolated health monitoring) before traveling and apply for a health code.
(3) If the person who has been diagnosed or has a history of positive test intends to go to China, please report to the embassy through the questionnaire system as soon as possible, so as to obtain the contact email address and more complete requirements.
Those who have been diagnosed or have a history of positive testing can arrange relevant investigation and testing according to the above process, and submit an application for confirmation within the time limit. Persons who completed the nucleic acid and lung examination before June 5438+1October 10 (inclusive) in 2022 may submit the materials for re-examination according to the original requirements. After 65438+1October 1 1 (inclusive), please submit the materials for review according to the requirements of the new process.
3. Adjust the closed-loop management time before departure According to the current situation, adjust the closed-loop health monitoring of passengers 14 days before departure to 7 days. Seven days before going out, you must not have any other non-essential behavior except testing, and at the same time, you should test and record your body temperature every day until the date of applying for health code. If there are other provisions on closed-loop management before the trip, the original provisions shall prevail.
Closed-loop management before departure is an important measure to prevent pre-departure infection. The embassy will conduct spot checks on the relevant situation, and lock the application for health code for further investigation if there are doubts that are not understood, untrue or unreasonable.
4. Other requirements for pre-trip inspection time, inspection certificate format, vaccination certificate, direct flight and travel history remain unchanged.
