Many couples want to have a healthy and lovely baby after marriage. What should pregnant women pay attention to?

First of all, we must understand our physical condition: many people are infertile because of heavy labor pressure, high labor intensity, long time, environmental pollution and congenital factors. Obesity is one of them. It used to be thought that thin women were not easy to get pregnant. Husband and wife cannot be close relatives or collateral relatives within three generations; Couples don't drink or smoke, exercise more, improve immunity, get sick less and take less medicine; Couples should rest more and sleep less; A wife should not use cosmetics, but should have reasonable food and balanced nutrition.

In addition, before pregnancy, you can have a physical examination. If both parties are in good health, they can prepare for pregnancy. During pregnancy, expectant fathers and mothers should quit smoking and drinking, ensure proper sleep, try not to stay up late and live a regular life. At the same time, both sides must step up their exercises. When your physical fitness improves, babies will be healthier and smarter. Undoubtedly, the genetic influence on intelligence accounts for about 50% and 60%. Genetically speaking, mothers are smart because the genes related to human intelligence are mainly concentrated on the X chromosome.

If pregnant women are always depressed or unstable, the possibility of fetal autism will increase. Therefore, for the sake of the baby's health, pregnant women should keep an optimistic attitude.

So what nutrition should be added before and during pregnancy?

In the first three months of pregnancy, the fetus grows slowly, increasing by about 1g every day. Your food intake can be basically the same as before pregnancy. Because of nausea, vomiting, hyperacidity and other phenomena, we should pay attention to eating digestible, less greasy and nutritious food.

After 4-6 months of pregnancy, the average daily weight of the fetus is about 10g, and the growth of fetal bones is accelerated after 5 months of pregnancy. Therefore, the demand for various nutrients is increasing, so we should eat more nutritious foods, such as lean meat, eggs, bean products and various vegetables.

When pregnant for 7-9 months, the fetus grows fastest, so we should eat more foods rich in protein, minerals and vitamins, such as milk, bean products, fish and shrimp, kelp, green leafy vegetables and fruits. But high-calorie food should not be too much, avoid overweight, and gain weight should not exceed 0.4-0.5 kg/week.
