What dimensions should complete health include?
Complete health should include four dimensions: physical health, mental health, social adaptation health and moral health. Health means that a person is in good physical, mental and social condition. Health is the basic right of human beings, and health is the first wealth of life. The main organs are disease-free, the body shape develops well and evenly, the physiological functions of various human systems are good, and physical activity and labor ability are strong, which is the most basic requirement of health. Second, the disease has strong resistance and can adapt to environmental changes, various physiological stimuli and pathogenic factors. The traditional concept of health is "disease-free health", while the modern concept of health is overall health. The World Health Organization puts forward that "health is not only the absence of physical diseases, but also mental health, good social adaptation and morality".
