Click the Toolbox option to enter the Toolbox interface, and flip down the interface to see the Health Assistant option, as shown in the figure below.
Click the health assistant option to enter the computer housekeeper health assistant interface. Through this interface, you can see that the software can set functions such as eye protection and color matching, regular rest and regular shutdown, as shown in the following figure.
Next, turn on the functions of eye protection and color matching, regular rest and regular shutdown, as shown in the figure below.
After opening the eye protection color matching function, we mainly use light colors when opening web pages and office software, so that we can protect our eyes by using the computer for a long time, as shown in the following figure.
Through the buttons on the right, you can adjust the time of regular rest and shutdown, as shown in the figure below.
When it is time to take a break and turn off the computer, the computer housekeeper will pop up a prompt window asking for a break or turn off the computer, as shown in the figure below.
