If your WeChat campaign is turned on but the number of steps is 0, it may be that the mobile phone does not turn on the step counting function or the WeChat campaign is not authorized to read sports data. You can try to restart WeChat or mobile phone, or reinstall WeChat. If the problem still exists, please contact WeChat customer service.
