The situation of epidemic prevention and control is still complicated and grim, especially the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays are approaching, and activities such as visiting relatives and friends, traveling and having dinner will be more frequent. In order to effectively prevent the spread of the epidemic and continuously consolidate the prevention and control achievements of our city, we will further do a good job in the prevention and control of the current normalized epidemic, and are hereby notified as follows:

First, take the initiative to report the itinerary. Anyone who has lived in Putian City, Fujian Province and other domestic areas with high epidemic risk and adjacent areas with diffusion risk since August 27, as well as those who have had confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons, please take the initiative to report to their villages, units and hotels at the first time and actively cooperate with the implementation of information registration, nucleic acid detection, isolation observation, health monitoring and other control measures.

Second, make reasonable arrangements for travel. Don't go abroad or go to high-risk areas unless necessary. Please try to reduce or avoid cross-provincial travel. Before traveling, please understand the real-time epidemic situation changes and prevention and control measures at the destination, consciously abide by and actively cooperate with the implementation of local epidemic prevention and control measures. During the trip, it is necessary to record the activity trajectory, including the frequency, time and seat number of public transportation such as airplanes and trains, as well as the names and addresses of dining hotels or accommodation hotels, the names of peers and other information, so as to prepare for the epidemic situation handling and epidemic situation tracing.

Third, reduce party activities. Holidays do not advocate parties and dinners. Please try to reduce family and unit gatherings and dinners. All kinds of conference activities strictly follow the filing procedures, and large-scale assembly activities are not allowed. Try not to go to places where people are crowded and the air is not circulating, and consciously do not get together or gather.

Fourth, do personal protection. Please keep the public aware of personal protection at all times. When taking public transport, going to crowded places, entering medical and health institutions and other places, you should wear masks scientifically and regularly, wash your hands frequently, and keep a safe social distance of more than 1 meter.

Fifth, implement on-site prevention and control. All catering services, farmers' markets, shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels, bathing and leisure places, libraries, gyms, theaters, KTV and other indoor public places in the city should continue to implement the methods of flow restriction, appointment, peak shifting and time limit. , reduce large-scale crowd gathering activities, control and guide the crowd when gathering. It is necessary to fully implement normalized prevention and control measures, remind customers to wear masks, strengthen indoor ventilation, clean and disinfect the surfaces of objects in public areas, implement daily cleaning and disinfection measures, and do a good job in health monitoring and protection of employees.
