This plot is located in the south of Lin Yue Avenue, Guicheng Street, Nanhai District, and east of Guangzhou-Zhuhai West Line. This plot is a TOD comprehensive development project of Lin Yue Depot in the first phase of Foshan Urban Rail Transit Line 2, and it is the construction node with the largest area and the largest investment among the rail transit projects under construction in Foshan.

According to the planning documents, the transfer scope of the project is the right to use state-owned construction land in Area A and Area C, and the right to use state-owned construction land in Area B is allocated, with a planned total land area of 259,347.37 ㎡.
Area A is a supporting parking lot and urban road land;
Area B is the Lin Yue Depot of Metro Line 2, which is not within the transfer range;
Area C is the upper-level property development floor, and the land is residential, which is compatible with businesses, primary and secondary schools and parks.
Among them, the planned land area of Area C is 236,956.86 ㎡, and the plot ratio is ≤2.25. Residential building area ≤ 457,500 m2, commercial building area ≤ 2,665,438 m2, and total buildable building area ≤ 483,600 m2.
It is worth mentioning that this TOD auction is only the first phase of the project, and the total land area for renovation in this area exceeds 1000 mu.
On the whole, the project will aim at creating a green and ecological hanging garden new city, a smart Yuntai, a life model in Foshan subway era, a TOD compound functional community with residential features and a Lohas community with Lingnan characteristics, and realize a public * * * space belt connecting the main business, subway, schools and other public facilities in the upper space to create a healthy and green public * * * activity space.
