1 and stage 2 sleep (light sleep) decreased by 9%;

The range of normal blood pressure is: systolic blood pressure (high pressure) is between 90- 120mmHg, and diastolic blood pressure (low pressure) is between 60-90mmHg.
If systolic blood pressure ≥ 140mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥90mmHg, it is hypertension.
