How much is the blood pressure of healthy people sleeping at night?

Blood pressure drops after sleep begins,

1 and stage 2 sleep (light sleep) decreased by 9%;

3 and 4 stages (deep sleep) decreased 14%.

The range of normal blood pressure is: systolic blood pressure (high pressure) is between 90- 120mmHg, and diastolic blood pressure (low pressure) is between 60-90mmHg.

If systolic blood pressure ≥ 140mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥90mmHg, it is hypertension.
