Beijing's latest epidemic prevention and control policy;
1. The positive criteria for entry personnel are as follows: strictly limit the entry and return of people from counties (cities, districts and banners) with local epidemic within 2 or 7 days, and implement measures such as isolation observation, health monitoring and nucleic acid detection after entering Beijing, and do not go out during their stay at home;
Conduct two tests within 3.3 days, complete a nucleic acid test within 24 hours after arriving in Beijing, and complete a second nucleic acid test within 72 hours after an interval of 24 hours;
4. Don't have dinner, get together or go to crowded places within 7 days after you arrive in Beijing, and don't go out at home until the negative results come out;
5. Strengthen the management of epidemic prevention at airports and ports, and strictly implement the closed-loop management requirements of the whole process for entry personnel and staff in high-risk positions;
6. Entry personnel shall strictly implement the measures of "7-day centralized isolation and 3-day home health monitoring". 2.7 days of local epidemic counties (cities, districts, banners) personnel strictly restricted access.
Legal basis: Article 6 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.
The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.
Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.
The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.
Article 7
Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation reporting and other prevention and control work.
Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
