How to ask health questions to recruiters

There are generally two points to examine the physical health of candidates. First, when interviewing, ask the interviewer's physical condition appropriately. Second, employees will be required to have a physical examination before joining the company.

If the illness belongs to the employee's personal privacy, HR will consider oral language when asking questions, so that the other party can understand the company's employment requirements, the measurement standard of the employee's physical fitness, and the minimum requirements of the post for the employee's physical condition. For example, working in the canteen requires employees not to have infectious diseases. If it is a special position, candidates will be required to add targeted physical examination items when they join the job. Ensure that there will be no contradiction between the two sides after joining the company. Applicants should tell the truth and cooperate to complete the physical examination as required.

The health status of employees affects the normal operation of enterprises, so enterprises still attach great importance to the health status of candidates, and will keep the original physical examination report or put it at the bottom.
