Which subject should sub-health look at?

If there is no specialist to see sub-health, you can only see a general practitioner and tell the doctor what disease you have. Sub-health is often helpful by pressing three acupoints.

1, Yinling Spring

This acupoint is located on the inside of our knees. As shown in the figure, pressing this acupoint with thumb and gently rubbing it for about 10 minute can play a good role in relieving joint pain. If there is obvious pain around the acupoint in the process of rubbing it, it is caused by excessive body moisture, so rubbing it every day in daily life is very helpful for chefs.

2. Fenglong point

This point is slightly above the middle of the calf. You can also use your thumb or massage equipment to relax, 2-3 times a day, lasting about 3-5 minutes each time, which is very helpful for dehumidification. Moreover, if the calf is prone to tension during regular exercise, it can also be massaged and relaxed to a certain extent, which is very helpful for relaxing the leg muscles. If the calf is often sore, especially in rainy days, it can also be rubbed in order, which is also helpful to relieve rheumatic joint pain.

3. zhongwan point

This acupoint is located about 3~4 fingers directly above our navel. If you often rub this acupoint, it will be very helpful for invigorating the stomach and removing dampness. There are many methods for this part of our body. We can also use our fingers for touch massage, and we can also use the roots of our palms for press massage, which are very helpful. Massage time is 5~ 10 minutes, which will be very helpful to relieve excessive body moisture or stomach pain.
