In 20 years, I was lucky enough to participate in the online national training program. Through online training, I learned a lot of knowledge, which made me think about all kinds of educational work in the school, especially after learning the topic of teachers' mental health, I benefited a lot and felt a lot. In my future work, I will keep a healthy mind, pay attention to and be kind to every student. Always maintain a high sense of responsibility, care for your students, let them grow up happily in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere and become useful talents of the motherland.

In the face of our students' psychological problems, through psychological analysis, our children are naturally active, and they all have a strong desire for expression. When they can't get the attention of teachers, self-expression and satisfaction of success, they may seek other ways to meet their psychological needs. Of course, it may also be other psychological reasons, which need to be analyzed in detail. Knowing this, our teachers have more accurate and objective support in analyzing students' behaviors, and can correctly handle and guide many problems encountered in the future from the perspective of psychology. Teachers should respect students' personal dignity and don't criticize and ridicule students in extreme ways. You know, a negative or even criticism from us will leave great harm to students' hearts. This kind of psychological shadow may accompany students all their lives, and even their values will deviate. Their behavior may be quite different from what we expected. Many students' problems stem from their psychology, and we can go deep into psychology to solve them. Similarly, we can use these scientific methods to transform and train students by taking advantage of their basic psychological and physiological characteristics. It is not enough to criticize many students' bad living habits and study habits. Some teachers often choose to raise their tone or emphasize their tone when criticizing. Many times, empty language may not be as effective as substantive' behavior training'. I think we can practice in the future practical work and find more methods based on these psychological knowledge.

Through the research on teachers' mental health, I understand the significance of teachers' mental health in school education:

1. is conducive to the improvement of efficiency: a high level of teachers' mental health can give full play to teachers' due teaching level, thus improving teaching efficiency. With the improvement of psychological debugging ability, teachers can also treat setbacks in life with a peaceful attitude. Generally speaking, they will not lose confidence because of occasional failures, and their work and study efficiency must be better than those with unhealthy psychology.

2. Conducive to the healthy development of students' psychology: Teachers' mental health is not only a personal matter, but also affects students' mental health level. Teachers are worth learning in the eyes of students, and they are a model of students' identity, which can play a subtle role in the daily contact between teachers and students. Moreover, teachers with mental health can influence students through the teaching process and make students' psychology develop healthily.

The above is my personal experience of this teacher's mental health study. I hope that through this summary and reflection, I can leave more feelings and thoughts, get inspiration from them, better apply these theories to practice and solve practical problems. Therefore, I will continue to learn the knowledge of mental health in my future work and deepen my quality and level.
