Second, check the epidemic prevention and control
Health monitoring before test
1. All candidates must provide a negative report of COVID-19 virus nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the exam, that is, the interval between the sampling time of nucleic acid test and the opening time of the first exam subject on the candidate's admission ticket is less than 48 hours.
2. Candidates are requested to download and print the "Report Form on the Health Status of Candidates for the Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Jiangsu Province" according to the requirements of the registration announcement. This form is one for each subject, and candidates must fill it out truthfully as required.
3. Candidates who are in the compulsory isolation period, medical observation period or self-isolation period/0/4 days before the test are not allowed to take the test.
Enter the examination center
1. On the day of the exam, candidates should arrive at the test center before the time specified in the admission ticket, and reserve enough time to cooperate with the staff of the test center for admission verification and keep a safe distance.
2. Candidates must take the initiative to show their Su Kang code, Communication Big Data Travel Card, negative report of COVID-19 virus nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and Health Report Form, and accept temperature measurement. Those who do not meet the requirements are not allowed to take the exam.
3. Candidates must wear disposable medical masks or N95 masks without breathing valves all the way to the test center, but their identification shall not be affected by wearing masks. Candidates can decide whether to continue wearing masks after entering the examination room; Candidates who take the exam in the spare isolation examination room should always wear masks.
4. Only when the temperature is lower than 37.3℃ can you enter the test center. Candidates are advised to seek medical advice in time if their body temperature is ≥37.3℃ twice, and take the exam again next time. If it is really necessary to take the exam, if COVID-19 infection can be ruled out by the comprehensive judgment of the epidemic prevention and control group of the test center, it must enter the standby isolation examination room.
5. Candidates are required to submit the completed health report form to the invigilator when entering the examination room, otherwise they may not take the on-site examination.
