Rust of self-priming pump affects health.

The self-priming pump has been used for a long time, and there is a buzz when it starts. It may be that the starting capacitor is damaged or a set of coils is broken, or the bearing is rusted and stuck. Remove the fan blade cover and see if it can be turned by hand. So how to check?

1. First, make sure that the motor can't run. If the motor is blocked, it will buzz and burn out for a long time. If the motor rotates, it depends on whether the shaft rotates or not and whether it drives the impeller to rotate. Of course, the impeller can't absorb water without rotating.

2. If it is a domestic 220V single-phase self-priming pump, first check whether there is a capacitor. If there is a capacitor, it may be broken. Check whether the pump is rotating.

3. If the single-phase self-priming pump does not work, the bearings at both ends of the motor may be damaged, resulting in the contact between the outer surface of the rotor and the inner surface of the stator, so the motor does not work.

4. Self-priming pump is a kind of self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long service life and strong self-priming ability.
