4. After the kneaded dough is relaxed, it is shaped into strips, coated with a layer of oil, wrapped in fresh-keeping bags, and refrigerated in the refrigerator 1 night.

5. Take out the frozen noodles and cut them into strips with similar width.

6. Fold two noodles in half and press a striped road in the middle with chopsticks.

7. Pour more oil into the pan, heat it to 80% to 90% heat, and squeeze both ends of the fritters into the oil pan with both hands.

8. Flip the fritters quickly with chopsticks, fry until golden brown, and serve.
