Legal basis: Article 6 of the Basic Medical Care and Health Promotion Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), people's governments at all levels should give priority to people's health, integrate health concepts into various policies, adhere to prevention, improve the health promotion system, organize the implementation of health promotion plans and actions, promote national fitness, establish a health impact assessment system, and incorporate the improvement of citizens' main health indicators into the government's target responsibility assessment.
The whole society should care about and support the development of medical and health undertakings.
