Students' theoretical listening is average. Besides, girls' love for basketball itself is not very high. Therefore, after the theoretical course, they can remember very little. This is why, in college basketball games, there will be girls running around with the ball and kicking the ball with their feet on purpose. These problems deserve our deep thought. In addition, girls' interest in basketball is not high, so this problem should be solved in teaching. In teaching, our teachers usually follow the teaching plan, so to change this situation, we must find a way from our teaching plan. So as to make better and more suitable teaching plans for our girls.
First, the significance of making a basketball teaching plan for girls
In middle school physical education teaching, we should consider the present situation of their mastery of basketball technology and give guidance to our teaching. In teaching, we should teach basketball skills and explain basketball rules. Therefore, when making a teaching plan, we should carry out reform and make a better teaching plan.
Second, the development of women's basketball teaching plan (***8 class hours) and simple analysis.

In the process of making this plan, considering the poor learning foundation of students in junior high school and senior high school, they will study again and strengthen basketball defense practice. In addition, to break the conventional teaching methods, it is not limited to the teaching of action techniques, but also to explain the rules of basketball in outdoor classroom teaching. For example, in this class, we can explain the methods used in competition practice while explaining the sliding step. Sliding is mainly used in the defense of the game, so we must explain some rules involved in the rules here, such as "legal defensive position", "cylinder principle", "blocking the net" and "hitting people with the ball". Analysis of learning situation: I teach 43 senior one students in this class. They are active, curious, enthusiastic and easy to cultivate interest. Their goal is the same: to gain something from physical education class and give full play to their specialties, but their physical quality, psychological quality, basketball foundation and cognitive ability are different, which brings certain difficulties to teaching.
Third, the teaching design:
Preparation part: At the beginning of the class, choose innovative "collective" games, let students think, give full play to their imagination and innovate the methods of practice. On the basis of rational use of situational introduction, it is easier to stimulate students' participation spirit.
Basic content: In the process of skill learning, students are encouraged to try, find and solve problems in practice by using various teaching methods such as intuitive picture demonstration, teacher's standard action demonstration and heuristic teaching.
