(1) Go through the physical examination before the health certificate;
(2) Bring your ID card and two one-inch bareheaded color photos, and receive a medical examination form;
(3) Pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth, paste photos and fill in basic information such as name and gender;
(4) Complete all physical examination items;

2. Legal basis: Article 45 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law.

Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.

4, thyroid, breast, spine, limb joints and other surgical examination. ;
5, stool culture Vibrio cholerae, typhoid Bacillus, paratyphoid Bacillus, check whether there are the intestinal infectious diseases.
