How to judge health by urine color, smell, turbidity and foam?

First of all, we need to know what normal urine should look like. Under normal circumstances, urine is yellow and transparent, a little sour, no odor, no foam and turbidity. The daily urine output should be around 1000-2000 ml. If we find that our urine has the following conditions, it means that we may have health problems:

1. Yellow or red urine. This may be because we eat too much substances such as protein and vitamin C, or because we have hematuria.

2. The urine is turbid and frothy. This is usually because we have a lot of protein in our urine, or because we have a urinary tract infection.

3. The urine smells bad. This may be because we eat too much spicy food, or because we have urinary tract infection.

4. Insufficient or excessive urine excretion. If we urinate less, it may be because of lack of water or poor kidney function. If we urinate too much, it may be because we drink too much water, or we have diseases such as diabetes.

To sum up, we should always pay attention to the health status of our urine and judge whether there are health problems according to the characteristics of urine such as color, smell, turbidity and foam. If you find any abnormal situation, you should seek medical advice in time for corresponding examination and treatment.
