Therefore, this topic focuses on the current situation of rural children's nap habits, collects relevant data, analyzes and summarizes experience, and puts forward improvement countermeasures.

Survey method: questionnaire survey.

Objective: To understand the general situation of rural children's nap at home at present, analyze the crux of the problem that early-rising children can't guarantee good nap habits, and provide basis and method guidance for children to cultivate good scientific and healthy nap habits.

In this survey, 15 questionnaires were distributed by random inspection, and 15 questionnaires were valid. Organize, analyze and summarize the effective questionnaires. The relevant survey results are analyzed as follows:

Most parents of young children think it is unnecessary to let their children take a nap. They think it is enough for children to go to bed early at night. Colleague 2 will say that it is difficult for children to fall asleep at night when they take a nap during the day. The survey shows that parents' views on children's naps are incorrect.

According to the survey, children don't take the initiative to ask for a nap at home. Even though teachers have repeatedly told them to take a nap at home on weekends, children's playful personality and parents' misunderstanding prevent them from taking the initiative to take a nap. They often watch cartoons or play other games during their nap time.

(3) The influence of bad family environment and parents' educational level on children's nap.

Because our garden is idyllic, children's family environment has an important influence on the development of children's nap habits. Most of the children's parents have a low education level and have no scientific understanding of their children's naps. At the same time, because they usually do farm work, they have no time to pay attention to and take care of their children, and there are many left-behind children. Grandparents are old and don't love children. The requirement for children is to be obedient, and it is even more difficult to ensure that children take a nap.

(D) Children's nap time is not fixed.

In the survey, even though some parents of young children have made it a habit for their children to take a nap on weekends, they are still not sure about their nap time. They don't arrange their children to take a nap according to the scientific nap time, but look at when the children want to sleep, or their parents are not busy and are arranging their children to take a nap. In fact, this is not correct. It is not conducive to the healthy growth of children.

1, teach children the correct knowledge of taking a nap. After teachers know the situation in time, they can teach parents the correct knowledge about their children's naps through the school newsletter or WeChat group and QQ group, so that parents can guide their children to take naps, thus actively urging their children to take naps and correcting their previous mistakes.

2. Teachers should take the nap education of children in the garden as a normal work. It's best to persist for one semester and give children a nap education every weekend, so that children can know that they need to take a nap when they go home on holiday. At the same time, teachers can tell children the benefits of good nap habits, so that children can easily understand and implement naps through videos or stories. At the same time, teachers should communicate with parents in time when children enter the park every week. Understand the situation of children's siesta on weekends, do a good job in family education, patiently answer parents' questions, and provide comments and suggestions to parents.

3. Teachers should make detailed records, analyze cases, record the time and duration of children's siesta, and make demands on parents. Parents should report to the teacher every week, including the time for their children to take a nap. How long did you take a nap, whether you took a nap alone or accompanied by your parents, and so on. So as to formulate corrective strategies for each child, gradually improve children's nap habits, and move towards scientific normalization.
