1. Consultation appointment: At present, some medical examination centers or hospitals adopt an appointment mechanism. It is recommended to consult through their online platform or telephone channels before going to the hospital. If you really need to make an appointment, make an appointment in advance, pay attention to a light diet the day before the physical examination and avoid drinking. On the day of physical examination, fasting and drinking are prohibited within 12 hours before blood drawing, so as not to interfere with the examination results.
2. On-site physical examination: Some hospitals do not support electronic payment, so it is recommended to bring enough cash. After on-site payment, blood sampling, chest X-ray, internal medicine and intestinal sampling will be carried out respectively. If they are all qualified, they will issue a receipt and ask to go to the hospital for a certificate in about 3~7 days.

Legal basis:
Article 45 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
