First, low-intensity exercise, the body has no sense of load. For example, take a walk and do simple stretching exercises. Second, moderate and high-intensity exercise will make you feel your heart rate and breathing faster. However, during moderate-intensity exercise, such as brisk walking, slow soaking, swimming, Tai Ji Chuan, riding a bike, climbing stairs, etc., people can speak normally. Third, high-intensity sports, such as running, basketball, football, badminton and so on.
Method for judging exercise intensity
There are four main ways to judge: heart rate, metabolic responsibility, oxygen consumption and subjective judgment.
1, heart rate
Heart rate to judge mild exercise, we first need to calculate the maximum heart rate. The highest heart rate is generally 220- years old. When the heart rate is 40 ~ 55% of the maximum heart rate, it can be judged as low intensity; The heart rate is moderate when it is between 55% and 70% of the maximum heart rate. A heart rate of 70% ~ 85% of the maximum heart rate can be called high intensity.
2. Subjective judgment
Subjective judgment is based on personal subjective feelings and can continue, but it will not feel particularly painful at low intensity; It can be carried out continuously, but it is difficult to carry out it for a long time. What is difficult to sustain is high strength.
3. Metabolic responsibility and oxygen consumption
Metabolic responsibility and oxygen consumption are difficult for individuals to detect by themselves, and are generally not used as conventional grading means.
