For seven days, I didn't eat anything except sweet and sour shredded ginger, light salt water, fruit soup, vegetable soup and rock sugar. Walk five times a day, each time for more than an hour, and the journey is 50 ~ 60 miles, requiring meditation; In addition, after each meditation, meditate, adjust your breath, concentrate and listen to the teacher's instructions.

So I always complain, blame, blame and shame, all because of ignorance and all because of external requirements.

Many times we express our emotions through behavior. Do you realize the moment when emotions release emotions, anger, pain, sadness and sadness? Do we really know our bodies? Without the released emotions, we thought that "we will endure it once and for all". Will it really pass?

I feel the same way. It is always too easy to forgive yourself, but the harm to others can't be forgotten for a long time. If we are not reflected by the same joke again and again, why should we be sad because of the same pain!

I am the mainstay of fasting and meditation, and the most important thing is the "hundred-day foundation" mentioned by Teacher Lu Qiang many times. In order to do her homework, Lu Qiang has done her homework for more than 700 days.

On August 29th, I began to write an awakening diary, with zero restrictions, take a deep breath, read aloud with energy, appreciate and praise myself and others, understand today and so on. In a short week, I deeply felt the importance and necessity of homework. Only by doing my homework every day and making it a part of my life will I become more and more diligent and get closer to my goal.
