Now the students we train should be innovative talents with increasing adaptability, competitiveness and adaptability. Therefore, it is extremely important to cultivate students' morality and talents in quality education. Students' mental health directly affects students' learning efficiency and mental outlook, and also directly affects the quality of trained talents. Tellman, an American psychologist, once said: "The factor of success lies not in intelligence and education, but in whether you have healthy psychological qualities such as self-confidence, enterprising spirit and willpower." In a sense, healthy psychological quality is an important quality of modern people, the call of 2 1 century and the passport of innovative talents. Among primary school students, the main factors affecting mental health problems are allergic tendency, self-blame tendency and learning anxiety. Therefore, healing and cultivating "mind" and cultivating students' healthy psychological quality are the tasks that the class teacher can't ignore.
Then, how to cultivate students' healthy psychological quality in class work? I have the following experience:
First, create a "mutual love" class interpersonal environment.
Marx and Engels once pointed out: "People create the environment, and the environment also creates people. People's activities, whether psychological or behavioral, are stimulated by certain environmental conditions, and their activities are restricted by environmental conditions, while activities react on the environment and transform environmental conditions. " Education experts also believe that the environment has a great influence on students' physical and mental development, and mental health education should permeate school education, family education, social practice and community education. For students, the most contact time should be the class group. As long as the interpersonal relationship in the class is harmonious, it is easy to form a democratic, harmonious and upward emotional atmosphere, which is conducive to the mutual induction of thoughts, emotions, tastes and sentiments between students and between teachers and students, and is conducive to cultivating students' healthy psychological quality.
To this end, I set out to grasp the following two aspects:
1, the relationship between the class teacher and the students.
The head teacher is an educator, organizer and leader of a class group, and the head teacher must care and cherish the students. Whether a class teacher cares about and loves students is mainly dominated by his ideals, beliefs, educational outlook, professional ethics and dedication, and is full of rational characteristics. Whether students respect and trust teachers is often determined by students' subjective judgment and emotional experience, which is one-sided and unstable. In this way, there should be more contact between teachers and students. As a class teacher, we should often go deep into the class, talk with students more, get to know and be familiar with each student, observe the psychological dynamics of students and solve practical difficulties for them. Let the students feel your care and love for him. In the process of continuous contact, students always feel your warmth, and their psychological distance is gradually shortened, thus eliminating students' psychological obstacles and one-sidedness of thinking, making the feelings between teachers and students more harmonious and the class developing steadily.
2. The relationship between classmates
Classmate relationship mainly refers to the psychological relationship between classmates. In the process of communication, students with close psychological distance feel very comfortable and talk about everything. If a classmate has conflicts with most students in the class, his mood can't be happy. He will be depressed, lonely and sad all day. How is this classmate relationship formed? There are many reasons, the most important is the lack of psychological communication, different standards of right and wrong, and it is difficult to form a tacit understanding of the soul. In this regard, I educate students to love their classmates wholeheartedly, treat them with tolerance, treat them with sincerity, touch them with their own true feelings, and enhance their sense of responsibility.
Second, let students exercise in activities and experience emotions.
Students' willpower is manifested in overcoming difficulties in activities and growing in overcoming difficulties. Marx said: "There is no royal road to science, and only those who climb along steep mountain roads without fear of difficulties can hope to reach the glorious summit."
Therefore, in order to cultivate the class's strong will quality, we must put them into activities to exercise. Difficulties and setbacks seem to be a series of obstacles on students' way forward. As a class teacher, you should not paddle on their backs, but try to provide them with boats to walk by themselves. When students encounter difficulties and setbacks, I first help them objectively analyze the difficulties and setbacks, keep calm, face the reality, strengthen their confidence, then take countermeasures, remove obstacles, unswervingly advance towards the established goals, and finally realize their wishes. I remember that in this year's school sports meeting, the whole class joined hands with Qi Xin, the athletes on the field struggled hard, and the cheerleaders on the school road cheered enthusiastically, but the total score was actually the tail of the grade. Hearing the news, the whole class was depressed. Seeing this scene, I am both happy for them and sad for them. I am glad to say that every student has a strong sense of collective honor. In this regard, I first asked the whole class to find out the reasons for this defeat, then discussed the countermeasures, and finally told them that as long as they worked hard, they would continue to work hard in the future. At this time, the whole class showed a hopeful smile again.
Third, treat students' emotional and behavioral disorders correctly and give them timely psychological counseling.
In the class, I organize students to carry out various forms of heart-to-heart activities, heart-to-heart activities, small psychological counselors and other activities to train students to find the key to "opening their hearts" from different psychological angles. As a class teacher, I mainly use three methods to understand and guide students:
The first is observation. In the natural state, students are investigated purposefully and in a planned way, that is, by "listening to what they say and observing what they do" to grasp the students' situation. For example, some students lack energy in class because of some diseases. As a class teacher, we should observe, give timely care and consideration, and organize class groups to help him, encourage him to participate in cultural and sports activities and pay attention to exercise. Thereby enhancing students' willpower. As a class teacher, as long as you are diligent in observation and good at observation, you can guide students in time.
The second is the method of conversation. Through face-to-face conversation with students, we can get students' information, and we can deeply understand students' thoughts and personalities. There are many ways to talk to students. You can talk to the students individually, to the monitor or group as needed, and to the whole class for a special talk. No matter what form, we should be fully prepared, pay attention to the attitude of conversation, and take care of the age characteristics and personality characteristics of students. For example, once, two girls in the class quarreled over a trivial matter, and neither of them spoke to anyone. At this time, I didn't immediately tell the two children that students should live in harmony and understand each other. But let one of them finish his reasons first, and then let them talk about their reasons face to face. At this time, the voices of the two children are getting lower and lower, and their expressions are getting more and more embarrassed. The last two children said to me, "Teacher, we are all at fault. Now we know where we are wrong. " In this way, the knot between the two children was untied.
The third is the class meeting class of good mental health counseling. Practice has proved that, in view of some recent phenomena in class groups, the effect of using class meeting classes to heal and educate the "mind" is very remarkable. In class, I first achieve a clear goal, and set a series of sub-goals around the overall goal of cultivating students' healthy psychological quality and developing sound personality, such as: helping students understand themselves correctly; Cultivate good interpersonal relationships and social adaptability; Cultivate an optimistic and enterprising attitude towards life; Cultivate students' positive learning attitude, develop good study habits, and promote creative problem-solving ability and academic improvement. Secondly, the content should be specific and targeted, and a series of topics should be designed around students' psychological process and personality psychology, such as how to improve their communication skills, how to correctly face parents' blame and so on. Third, we should pay attention to the flexibility, diversity, adaptability and effectiveness of the method. I often use discussion, cognition, activity operation, performance, role-playing and behavior training according to the actual needs of students and the needs of educational content. Let students study in a relaxed, happy and free atmosphere in the class, correctly understand self-expression, adjust their mentality, and improve their ability to resist setbacks and adapt to society.
In a word, cultivating students' healthy psychological quality is an important aspect that can not be ignored in the work of class teachers. It can make students know themselves correctly, enhance their abilities of self-adjustment, bearing setbacks and adapting to the environment, enhance their self-esteem and self-confidence, and form a healthy personality and good personality psychological quality.
