My mood, I write a 600-word composition.

In daily study, work or life, everyone is familiar with composition. Composition requires a complete text structure, and endless composition should be avoided. Have no clue when writing a composition? The following is my mood. My main composition is 600 words. Welcome to share.

Yesterday was July 5th. My mother, my brother and I came to Xiufuyuan Community to participate in the activity of "My mood is my master".

When I got there, I only saw two pieces of paper and a bottle of water on each table. I chose the rightmost seat in the first row and sat down. Next to me is a little girl younger than me. She is wearing a purple skirt, which is very cute. Under my long expectation, the activity finally started.

The teacher came out, a chubby female teacher. After the teacher said a few words, a few words appeared on the screen: big watermelon, small watermelon, stand up, sit down, forward and backward, raise your left hand and raise your right hand. The teacher said that when she said big watermelon, we should make it look like a small watermelon; When she says small watermelon, we should make it look like a big watermelon. Let's see who lasts the longest. If someone does something wrong, they must sit down. The game started. The teacher talked about small watermelons first, and we made them look like big watermelons. The teacher still said small watermelon, but someone changed it and had to sit down. ...

In this way, five rounds have passed, but only a few people sit down and many people are still standing, which shows that we are very powerful. The teacher showed us another story. This story tells the story of a little girl who spent a long time making a model ship. She walked happily on the road with this model. At this time, she found a fifty-dollar bill on the ground, so she put the model on the stool to pick up the money. As a result, someone came and hit her and sat the model down. The little girl was very angry. She looked up and found that the man was blind. The teacher asked us to tell the little girl's mood in these links. Many people have given different answers.

The teacher showed us some pictures. Let's talk about their emotions. Discuss in groups of four, and let some people go up and perform their emotions. Go up and say that everyone who performs has gifts. I didn't go up because I was too timid.

Finally, the activity is over. The teacher asked us to sit down and let the students who were on the stage go up. Then the teacher took out some gift packages from the back. Boys are from Spider-Man and girls are from Frozen. There are pencils, crayons, rulers, notebooks and other school supplies. I was envious, but I was afraid to go up, so I didn't get it. But the teacher still asked our reporter's classmates to follow the teacher, so we followed the teacher to a room. There are many toys in the room. The teacher took out several kinds of umbrellas with white spots from a bag and let us choose. There are always three colors. I chose purple, but everyone who took the gift bag left.

Although I have an umbrella, I prefer that gift bag. I must work hard in the future, give myself the courage to go on stage and get a gift!

This afternoon, I braved the scorching summer to participate in the activity of "My Emotion is My Master" in Hu Bo Garden.

It wasn't long before I arrived at the activity site, and the activity began. The speaker is an amiable teacher Chen, a national second-class psychological counselor and a mental health teacher certificate. She made us feel happy through a little game, and then she told us that emotions exist in everyone's heart and are different at different times. Among so many contents, my favorite is "Emotion will be expressed through words". Teacher Chen used a few words with different tones, which made us feel "uncontrollable". However, what makes me most happy is that I won an opportunity to answer questions and won a prize.

Through this activity, I know the simple and practical ways to keep a good mood in my daily life. We should have goals and pursuits, always keep smiling, learn to share happiness with others, be helpful, keep childlike innocence, learn to get along well with all kinds of people, keep a sense of humor, be able to handle chaos, learn to forgive others, have a few close friends, keep cooperating with others and having fun, have proper entertainment, be confident, respect the weak, not indulge themselves, not get angry easily, learn to relax, not be greedy and be content.

In short, the golden key to happiness is: my mood-I am the master!
