Before the epidemic, I traveled long distances at least once a year. As for going out on weekends, that means leaving. Because travel is my outlet for releasing stress.
My husband and I are both very busy at work and have a lot of pressure. In addition, my husband and wife have always taken care of their own children (I invited an aunt to work in the day shift before I went to kindergarten at the age of two and a half), and my daily busyness often makes me on the verge of collapse. In order to ensure my physical and mental health, I must have an outlet to release pressure, and this outlet I choose is travel. Travel can not only relax and relieve anxiety, but also not delay taking care of children.
My annual leave is basically arranged in summer vacation. When my husband is free, there will be three of us. When he is not free, he will take a long trip just for the two of us. When I was a child, my destinations were basically the seaside: Sanya, Qingdao, Qinhuangdao, and even Maldives and Phuket. When I threw her on the beach, she was very happy and I was very pleased. When children get older, they have more choices. Up to now, we have traveled more than half of China, more than half of Southeast Asia, as well as Japan, Australia, New Zealand and other countries. Adults relieve stress and children broaden their horizons.
During the trip, we also specially assigned some tasks to our children and gave her opportunities to exercise, such as teaching her how to do pre-departure strategies, consulting local customs, discussing with her the items to play on the road, sending her a meal in a foreign restaurant, and looking for a waiter to pack, which unconsciously exercised her courage, communication skills and oral English.
Some people may ask, it must be expensive to travel frequently. At this point, I can tell you for sure: not necessarily!
The demand for money in travel is very flexible, and the poor play with the rich. If you have enough money, you can fly first class, stay in a five-star hotel and hire a private tour guide. If the budget is tight, you can also take economy class, stay in a youth hostel, do your own raiders and have a good time.
If you really love traveling, there are many channels to get information now, which is also very convenient. I searched a lot of online travel books. It can save a lot of money to make a strategy, choose a suitable air ticket hotel, preview the relevant knowledge of the destination in advance and avoid stepping on the pit.
So as soon as the epidemic passed, I packed my bags and continued my journey as soon as possible.
