Students, in this era of extremely rich material life, our living standard is getting better every day. There are all kinds of food in the supermarket for us to choose at will, and we can enjoy the rich food on the table. We eat too much, not too little, and even affect our health because we don't pay attention to food hygiene. In the face of colorful food, you must control your mouth and don't damage your health because of gluttony.
It can be seen that not paying attention to food hygiene and eating habits will affect our health. For the sake of our health, today I will introduce some common sense of healthy eating safety to my classmates:
1. Don't eat poisonous and harmful food. To buy food safely, we should choose food with green environmental protection mark and qs mark, and don't eat food without factory name, address, production date, shelf life and qs mark. Pay attention to the production date or shelf life of food, and whether the food exceeds the shelf life. Don't be fooled by the bright food.
Wash your hands before meals to prevent illness from entering your mouth.
Eat three meals a day on time and regularly. Eat well for breakfast, eat enough for Chinese food and eat less for dinner.
4. In order to absorb all kinds of nutrients, we should not only eat leeks, but also eat vegetables; Eat not only flour and rice, but also coarse grains. Don't be partial to food.
5. Don't overeat. Especially during the Chinese New Year holidays, we should control our appetite and protect our stomach.
6. Eat more foods containing more cellulose, such as vegetables, fruits, kelp, mushrooms, taro and coarse rice flour.
7. Drink plenty of warm water, especially at night and in the morning.
8. Don't eat food sold on the street without hygiene license.
9. Wash raw vegetables and fruits to avoid food poisoning.
10, refuse junk food. The top ten junk foods refer to fried food, canned food, pickled food, processed meat food, soda cola food, biscuit candy food, convenience food, barbecue food, frozen dessert food, preserved fruit food. Most of these ten kinds of foods have the characteristics of "three highs and three lows" (high calorie and high sodium), low fiber, high sodium salt or sugar content and carcinogens, which will have a great impact on human health if eaten for a long time.
I hope that students must fully understand the importance of food safety, understand food knowledge, enhance safety awareness, improve self-protection ability, and pay attention to, support and participate in food safety education activities.
