In recent years, juvenile delinquency has occurred from time to time, and it is on the rise, and tends to be younger. According to the survey, some teenagers committed crimes when they were 13 or 14 years old, and the teenagers in the age range of 14 to 17 committed the most crimes. Newspapers, magazines and news have bad news almost every day, and there have been many sad and regrettable incidents: junior high school student Huang injured people with a knife on campus, primary school students ganged up to break into houses, and student Li Yin loved not to cut female classmates ... Many abusers were minors, and most of them embarked on the road of crime because of the influence of the surrounding environment. In today's pluralistic society, all kinds of unhealthy trends are slowly infiltrating into the minds of minors. They can't resist the temptation, their willpower is weak, their recognition ability is poor, and they will naturally go astray. Juvenile delinquency is a social problem facing all countries in the world today. Teenagers are the future and hope of the motherland, which is related to the future development prospects of the country and society. Improper education will affect the future of the motherland and society. How to reverse this bad situation and let minors grow up healthily? I think the first task is to combine society, families and schools, intensify efforts and strive to create a good environment for the healthy growth of minors. Because a good environment can change a person's life. Make people establish a correct outlook on life, values, honor and disgrace, and cultivate good ideas of law-abiding, fairness and justice, honesty and friendship. So, how to create a good environment for the healthy growth of minors? Here I talk about my own views:

First, continue to do a good job in the construction of campus cultural environment.

(1) Strengthen the environmental layout of the campus cultural wall.

Featured calligraphy exhibitions, ancient poems, celebrity stories, excellent model essays, handwritten newspapers, advanced deeds and individuals are arranged in corridors, walls, blackboard newspaper columns and other places on campus, and they are changed regularly, so that students can visit and study regularly and provide a good learning atmosphere for students. Make them understand the profound and excellent culture of our country, draw rich nutrition from it, enrich themselves, understand the important task they will undertake in the future, and thus inspire their fighting spirit.

(2) Cultivate children's good behavior habits.

Educate students to pay attention to details on campus, don't litter, and be a law-abiding, honest, studious, United and enterprising child. From an early age, we should learn to be thrifty, not greedy for pleasure, be diligent, be grateful, respect our elders, respect our teachers, be considerate of our parents' hard work, and study hard to lay a solid foundation for the future. (3) Actively carry out the second classroom activities to provide students with a platform to give full play to their personal strengths.

Carry out various theme activity classes, such as "Calligraphy Competition", "Storytelling", "Environmental Protection or Safety Handwritten Newspaper" and "Ode to Poetry", so as to enrich students' interest in extracurricular activities, let students increase their knowledge, give full play to their strengths, learn from others' strengths and make up for their own shortcomings, thus producing a subtle effect.

(4) Add legal courses, regularly show picture cases, and deepen students' understanding of legal knowledge.

Because it is far from enough for students to simply listen to the teacher's morality in class, although some knowledge about morality and safety will be infiltrated into the lectures every day, it is limited after all. To be honest, how many students have a deeper understanding of legal knowledge? Although the education department now puts forward moral education first, the quality of teaching is so tight that teachers can't spare time to explain legal knowledge to students. They're beyond their depth! If the law course had been offered in the school and taught by professionals, I think students would have gained a lot, and there would be clear boundaries between their thoughts, words and deeds. Once thoughts guide actions, the chances of committing crimes will be greatly reduced. I believe this is also the result that parents and teachers expect. In addition, it is best to exhibit legal knowledge and picture cases regularly. There are even some prize-winning quiz games on legal knowledge, so that children can improve themselves after entertainment, so that they don't have to bury themselves in their main subjects and avoid being tired of learning.

(5) Hold regular parent-teacher conferences in schools to exchange information with each other in a timely manner.

If students behave badly at home, parents can contact the school in time on the day of the parent-teacher conference, and Qi Xin will cooperate in education. Because there are many only children now, children have become the apple of their parents' eye, and they can't be beaten or scolded; If you don't want to, you will lose your temper and get emotional. Parents are intolerant, used to it at home, and it is difficult to change at school. Some parents don't reflect their children's bad words and deeds in time, worrying about this and that. As a result, their children became more and more presumptuous, and many mothers failed: they disobeyed their parents, went their own way, ran away from home, didn't respect their teachers, started fighting, played truant, stole and robbed, and even did illegal things.
