Just like now, I forced myself to sleep after 9 o'clock last night because of my headache, but I woke up on time after 12 o'clock. I was awake after 4 o'clock in the morning, even though I had a terrible headache.

As I get older every year, I realize that I have been consuming my "capital" for so many years.

Answer: I have the habit of staying up late since junior high school, but because of the heavy schoolwork in junior high school and senior high school, I forced myself to sleep before midnight even if I stayed up late.

But since I went to college, I can't change my problem of staying up late.

Two years of college life have passed, but my sleep time starts after two in the morning every day, and sometimes I stay up all night for no reason.

Hey! After going to college, I went to bed before twelve o'clock for a few days.

Therefore, even now, it is difficult for me to adjust my schedule. My body seems to have formed such an irregular biological clock.

My body will tell me that it's not time for you to sleep at ordinary times, so if you force yourself to sleep, you can't sleep and get sleepy.

However, it is difficult to wake up during the day.

It is almost impossible to go to bed late at night and get up early in the morning, unless you have to do something you have to do, force yourself to get up in a daze, and then take a nap when you have free time.

In addition to the bad habit of "can't afford to sleep during the day", I just can't eat well.

As the saying goes, "people are iron rice steel, and they can't be hungry for a meal."

But I have no appetite every day!

I didn't eat before because I chose to sleep and eat. I decided to sleep, but now I really don't want to eat.

More than 20 days have passed since the summer vacation, and the amount of food added up is not enough for three meals a day a week!

My mother is really worried that I will starve to death, hahaha, but when it comes to dinner, I just don't want to eat.
