According to the notice, Guangde City is located at the intersection of eight counties and cities in Anhui, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, with high risk of epidemic input and great pressure of prevention and control.
In order to resolutely curb the spread of the epidemic, minimize the flow of personnel and ensure the safety and health of the people, it is decided to implement strict personnel flow management measures throughout the city from now on.
First, strictly restrict residents from leaving Guangzhou. Urban and rural residents should carefully consider leaving the scope of Guangde, otherwise they must be forced to observe at home 14 days when returning to Guangde.
Second, strictly control personnel access. Personnel entering Guangde will be strictly controlled and screened, and irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter.
Third, strictly control the gathering of residents. In addition to prevention and control, urban residents are determined not to go out, visit, get together, have dinner, or organize any gathering activities such as playing cards and entertainment. Units and individuals that participate in holding or undertaking collective dinners and gatherings shall be given heavier punishment in accordance with relevant regulations.
