3.4.3 After the appraisal results of work-related injuries (including occupational diseases) are issued, employees will come to our company to apply for expense reimbursement, and our company will reimburse the expenses to the work-related injury insurance center after review.

3.4.4 After the appraisal results of work-related injuries (including occupational diseases) are issued, employees can apply to our company for labor ability appraisal, which will be organized by Baotou Medical Appraisal Center to compensate employees according to the appraisal results.

3.4.5, industrial injury declaration and follow-up work matters needing attention:

(1) Employees who need hospitalization due to serious work-related injuries should register with the medical insurance department of the designated hospital for work-related injuries within 3 days.

(2) If the application materials cannot be submitted on time due to special circumstances, inform the company in advance to apply for extension of work-related injury identification.

(3) If an industrial accident occurs in another place, you have the right to seek medical treatment in another place for 7 days. In special circumstances, it is necessary to notify the company to apply to the industrial injury insurance center for extended medical treatment in different places.

(4) If artificial limbs and assistive devices need to be installed due to rehabilitation, and they are transferred from other places, they must come to our company to get the form in advance, and the company will apply to the industrial injury insurance center for approval before implementation.

If the employee fails to go through the relevant formalities within the specified time, resulting in the inability to reimburse the work-related injury expenses, all responsibilities shall be borne by the employee himself.
