4. Five carcinogenic factors in food

(1) nitrosamine: It is the most carcinogenic and the culprit of esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and lung cancer. Common foods containing nitrosamines include sausages, ham, caviar, salted fish and pickles.

(2) Mould: About 10 kinds of moulds can produce highly toxic carcinogens, among which aflatoxin is the most toxic and easy to cause liver cancer.

(3) Food additives and preservatives: Synthetic pigments, such as cream yellow, rose red -B, orange yellow -SS and Sophora japonica, which are commonly used in the past but have been banned at present, all have carcinogenic effects.

(4) High-fat diet: It has a great inducing effect on the incidence of intestinal cancer and breast cancer.

(5) Benzo (a) pyrene: There are a lot of benzo (a) pyrene in cigarettes and incompletely burned smoked food, which is a strong carcinogen in human respiratory tract and digestive tract.

5. Several kinds of food that are easy to be poisoned

(1) Fresh kidney bean: Fresh kidney bean contains saponin and hemagglutinin, which is easy to be poisoned when eaten raw or half-cooked. However, toxic substances are easily soluble in water, not resistant to high temperature, and are non-toxic after cooking.

(2) Autumn lentils: Especially the fresh lentils after frosting treatment contain a lot of saponins and hemagglutinin. Blanch with boiling water before eating, or stir-fry with hot oil until the color changes completely.

(3) Fresh Auricularia auricula: Fresh Auricularia auricula contains a photosensitive substance. After eating, this substance will be distributed in human epidermal cells with blood. Sunlight can cause solar dermatitis, which can easily make the exposed skin itch, edema, pain and even local necrosis. This substance is also easily absorbed by the throat mucosa, leading to edema of the throat. Eating too much can also lead to breathing difficulties and even life-threatening. Dried auricularia auricula is non-toxic and can be safely eaten.

(4) Fresh day lily: Fresh day lily contains a toxic substance called colchicine. Adults can be poisoned by eating 50-100g of untreated fresh daylily at a time. Blanch with boiling water before eating, and soak in clear water before detoxification 1-2 hours. Sun-dried daylily is nontoxic.

(5) Green tomato: Green tomato contains a lot of alkaloids, which can be hydrolyzed by gastric acid into tomato hypoalkali. If you eat too much, you will have poisoning symptoms such as nausea and vomiting.

(6) Long-term storage of pumpkin: The long-term storage of pumpkin petals naturally produces anaerobic glycolysis, which produces alcohol, which will be toxic to people. Check carefully before eating, and don't eat anything that smells of alcohol or has rotted.

6. Whitening food looks good and can't be eaten.

White steamed bread, flower rolls, steamed buns, vermicelli, tremella and other water-borne foods sold in the market may be made of a food whitening agent called sodium bicarbonate. Sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, whose chemical name is sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, is an internationally recognized carcinogen. Sulfur dioxide and formaldehyde will be decomposed in the process of food processing, which will damage various organs of the human body to varying degrees, especially the kidneys. Long-term consumption has a strong carcinogenic effect.

7. Four ways to dissolve carcinogens in food

(1) Pickled pickles: Pickled pickles contain a certain amount of nitroso compounds. Boiling, drying, hot water washing and other methods can eliminate carcinogens before eating, and the old soup used for pickles cannot be reused.

(2) Meat products such as bacon and sausage: This kind of pickled products contains nitroso compounds, so it is best to cook or steam them before eating, and the soup should be removed. High temperature frying will promote the synthesis of nitroso compounds and increase the content of carcinogens such as nitrosopyridine and dimethylthiamine. Therefore, it is very important to avoid eating fried sausages and bacon in daily life.

(3) Shrimp skin and shrimp skin: Shrimp skin and shrimp skin contain volatile nitroso compounds such as dimethylnitrosamine. It is best to boil them in water or directly expose them to the sun for 3-6 hours before eating them to eliminate and reduce carcinogens.

(4) In addition, when people eat the above foods, it is best to mix some raw fresh fruits and vegetables to reduce the harm of carcinogens to the human body.

8. Drinking raw soybean milk is harmful.

Uncooked soybean milk contains saponin and other substances, which is not only difficult to digest, but also induces symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Be sure to cook the soybean milk thoroughly before drinking. When the soybean milk is boiled to 85-90%, saponin is easy to expand when heated, resulting in a lot of foam, which makes people mistakenly think that it is cooked. When making homemade soybean milk or boiled soybean, you should heat it at 100℃ for about 10 minutes before you can safely drink it.

9. Food that cannot be eaten on an empty stomach

(1) Tomatoes: Tomatoes contain a lot of pectin, persimmon gum acid and other ingredients, and eating them on an empty stomach can easily cause symptoms such as bloating and abdominal distension.

(2) Milk: Drinking milk on an empty stomach will make the protein in milk "forced" to be converted into heat energy, and there will be no nutrition.

(3) Yogurt: Lactic acid bacteria can't live on an empty stomach, which weakens the health care function of yogurt. Drink it 2 hours after meals, and the nourishing and health care effect is the best.

(4) Oranges: Eating oranges on an empty stomach will cause bad stimulation to the gastric mucosa, making people feel stuffy and pantothenic.

(5) Bananas: Eating bananas on an empty stomach will destroy the balance of magnesium and calcium in human blood and inhibit the cardiovascular system.

(6) Persimmon: Persimmon contains persimmon gum, tannic acid and ellagic acid. Eating it on an empty stomach will lead to "persimmon stone disease".

(7) Sugarcane and fresh lychee: Eating sugarcane or fresh lychee on an empty stomach will cause "hyperosmotic coma" due to sudden infiltration of excessive sugar in the body.

(8) Hawthorn: Eating hawthorn on an empty stomach not only consumes gas, but also increases hunger and aggravates stomach problems.

10. Five foods suitable for daily consumption

(1) Honey: Eating a spoonful of honey on an empty stomach every morning can soothe the five internal organs, relieve pain and detoxify. Regular consumption can prevent arteriosclerosis, and long-term use can prolong life.

(3) Peanut: It contains many kinds of amino acids needed by human body. Regular consumption can enhance memory, lower blood pressure and delay aging.

(4) Jujube: It is rich in nutrition and contains more sugar, vitamins and minerals, so it is called "natural vitamin".

(5) Garlic: It has strong bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects, and people regard it as "penicillin growing in the ground" and "natural antibiotic".

1 1. Cruciferous vegetables can prevent breast cancer. Cruciferae vegetables are rich in antioxidant vitamins

C and carotene can resist the damage of free radicals to cells. In addition, these vegetables also contain indole and sulfur-containing organic compounds, the former has the function of preventing breast cancer, and the latter can produce a variety of enzymes in the body to alleviate the harm of carcinogenic toxins. Common cruciferous vegetables are: cauliflower, mustard, cabbage, cabbage, broccoli and so on.

14. It is better to eat less of these four foods.

(1) Preserved eggs: A certain amount of lead is used in the production, which will lead to lead poisoning if eaten frequently.

(2) Stinky tofu: It is easy to be contaminated by microorganisms during fermentation, and it also contains a lot of volatile basic nitrogen and hydrogen sulfide, which decomposes protein.

(3) monosodium glutamate: the daily intake of each person should not exceed 6 grams, otherwise the glutamic acid content in the blood is too high, which will affect health.

(4) Instant noodles: generally contain food pigments and preservatives, which are often unhealthy and easy to cause malnutrition.

15. Strange lead-discharging food

(1) Shrimp skin: The calcium content of every 500g shrimp skin is as high as 250g, which is helpful for discharging lead.

(2) Milk: The protein component contained can combine with lead to form soluble compounds.
