Notice of Suining Municipality on carrying out epidemic prevention and control inspection at the entrance and exit of expressways and at the junction of provinces and cities

In order to do a good job in the prevention and control of epidemic situation in COVID-19, and to ensure people's life safety and health, according to the unified arrangement of epidemic situation prevention and control in emergency headquarters, COVID-19 County, since March 3, 2022, traffic patrol and control of epidemic situation have been carried out at the entrances and exits of expressways in our county and the border passages of provinces and cities. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Layout of inspection points

1. Expressway: Huaixu Expressway Suining, Suining West and Guanyin Airport entrances and exits, and Xu Ming Expressway Shuanggou East entrance and exit set checkpoints.

2. National Highway: G 104 Guanshan section has checkpoints at the junction of Jiangsu and Anhui.

3. Provincial Highway: Checkpoints shall be set at the junction of Jiangsu and Anhui in S252 Shuanggou section, Xu Su intersection in S325 Shaji section and Xu Su intersection in S6 12 Lingcheng section.

4. County Road: Each town is responsible for the layout of checkpoints at the junction of county road and Suiyuan within its jurisdiction.

Second, the inspection requirements

1. Each checkpoint shall set up a 24-hour dedicated passage for all vehicles and personnel leaving the station, so as to ensure that every vehicle must be inspected and everyone must be inspected, and the inspection management shall be implemented according to the following standards:

Drivers and passengers who can provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and whose "health code" and "travel code" are green codes can pass free of charge;

If you can't provide a valid negative certificate of nucleic acid test or the "health code" and "travel code" are yellow codes, you will be persuaded to return;

If the "health code" and "travel code" are in red team, drivers and passengers are prohibited from leaving the vehicle, and the health department shall implement centralized and isolated medical observation according to regulations.

2. All inspection points shall inspect vehicles and personnel from epidemic areas, and all those who fail to provide negative proof of nucleic acid test or abnormal "health code" and "travel code" within 48 hours shall be persuaded to return.

Three, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the economy and society, enterprises above the county level are responsible for the nucleic acid detection of vehicle drivers and passengers.

Drivers and passengers are requested to make travel plans, detect nucleic acids in advance and actively cooperate with the inspection.
