But no matter how much we sacrifice, don't sacrifice our health.

What's the point of dreaming without a healthy body?

Recently, I received the news that my relatives were hospitalized or died. I was very sad to hear that. One is a long-term diabetic who suffered from this disease many years ago and has been maintained by taking medicine and injections. You need to inject yourself with insulin every day, and it's easy to get tired and sleepy. Unfortunately, more and more people are suffering from this disease, mainly due to physical overdraft.

I am a person who will not treat me badly, so I must rest when I am tired, but most people I meet are not. If they have 100 points of energy, they often consume 120 points. This is the case with people who stay up late and work overtime for a long time. I don't believe that people don't want to rest after 12, but our will is fighting with our bodies to the death. When you run out of energy, either you need to stop to replenish or it stops moving. The most important supplementary method is self-cultivation therapy.

Rome was not built in a day, and diseases were not born.

That's what happened to my old uncle who died of a heart attack the day after tomorrow. Don't go to see a cold, don't go to see a fever, in order to save money and delay treatment, I always feel that I am fine, and I always feel that my body has nothing to resist. Over time, it finally went on strike. We always value money more than life.

In fact, everyone's body is likely to get sick at any time. The cells of the body bully the weak and fear the hard. Strong is weak, weak is strong. They're like elves. If you are not careful in the task of maintaining your health, they will take advantage of it. Or if you can't control them, they will do whatever they want in your body.

Keeping healthy, like pursuing our dreams, requires our firm will and long-term persistence. At the same time, we should not just talk but practice. Don't wait until you get sick, so we regret it. How can we keep healthy? The following points are crucial.

The influence of sleep on a person is obvious. Why do we often say that others look pale? A big reason is that they don't have a good rest, including lack of sleep and poor quality. The first point is to arrange your own work and spend more time resting. My biggest fear is the second point.

I used to sleep badly for months on end. At that time, I just started working, and I spent every day in anxiety. I have to face hundreds of students every day, fearing that the leaders will doubt their abilities. The system of attending classes every day is very popular in our school. At 7 o'clock in the morning, I will send a text message to inform those who are going to class today. Although I will listen carefully when I am not in class, I will still be nervous when there are more than a dozen school leaders and other teachers present. Communicate with other teachers, too many people can only sleep peacefully after watching lectures every day.

I can't sleep well at night and feel sleepy during the day, but I still have to lie in bed and think. When I get up again, I am not awake, but confused. This may be a mild mental weakness. In modern society, many people have this problem, and it may depend on the next suggestion.

To understand the meaning of "living in the present", we must really do it.

The reason why we live in anxiety for a long time is mainly because of our fear of unknown results. For example, I am worried about whether the students will like my class, whether they will be willing to interact with me, whether they will talk nonsense and affect the classroom effect, what should I do if I don't do my homework, and what should I do if I talk back in class? ...

I used to check my class notes repeatedly before class, always afraid of forgetting the class process. Later, after checking it many times, I forced myself not to think about the class, shifted my attention to other things, and only reviewed the lesson plan again before class. Checking the lesson plans repeatedly the night before will only increase one's sense of tension, which will not help a good class. I told myself that I am ready now, so don't worry too much about the future.

No matter what the future holds, I should at least make sure that I am happy at this moment. You can't waste every second of the present by worrying about the future.

Exercise is the best choice to enhance resistance. An experience I have tried.

I make a running plan every autumn when school starts. This plan has a very "utilitarian" purpose, because it can ensure that I will not get sick all winter. It is said that the school playground is 400 meters per lap. I run four times and walk once. Generally, after the second lap, the body starts to sweat, and the third and fourth laps will get hotter and hotter. After finishing, if it is too hot, you can take off your coat or unbutton it. Walking around is not only for sweating, but also for relaxing after strenuous exercise.

Stick to it for half a month, and you will feel different. The most obvious thing is that you will be less afraid of the cold than others. When others are shouting that it is too cold, you won't feel too cold, and the possibility of getting sick is small. I remember that I had a high fever of 39 in my second year of high school. I put on my down jacket at eleven o'clock and still felt too cold. Since then, I have made this plan every year, not only in winter, but all year round. (I feel a little scared when I say this sentence)

Exercise can also "move" your body organs. If you don't let them move for a long time, they will become rigid until one day they can no longer serve you.

I think these three things are the most important to keep healthy. Of course, individuals have their own situations and need specific analysis of specific problems, but these three things can never run away. For example, irregular diet, bad habits and other problems, that is another matter.

People with dreams are happy, the pursuit of dreams is inspiring, and the realization of dreams is worth celebrating, but everything has a premise-a healthy body to ensure practice and enjoy dreams.
