2 1 the goal of universal health care in the century
The overall goals of the new strategy are: to improve life expectancy and quality of life; Improve health equity; Make sustainable health systems and services accessible to all. "Health for all in 2 1 century" is based on the powerful strategic policy of "health care for all" in the original Almaty Declaration. However, it emphasizes "health is a human right" and gender sensitivity/equality, and points out that poverty and inequality are both the root and the result of people's unhealthy. At the same time, it also emphasizes breaking the old pattern and accepting a major change in the concept of health issues, such as where and how health actions are carried out and who is responsible. With the deepening of the diversified understanding of health influencing factors, non-drug therapy is advocated in practice. Globalization has given the international community new responsibilities, and it has never been more important to carry out global collective actions to subsidize and support activities at the national level. Although the new strategy has brought great challenges, we firmly believe that it will be realized. In addition to acquiring skills to achieve goals, what is needed now is political support, broad public support and determination to work together in new ways for common interests.
