The reason is that her mother likes sports very much and exercises in her spare time. Stick to it for many years, not only young in appearance, vigorous in figure, but also sunny in mind.
2. Exercise makes people healthy
It is almost common sense that exercise can make people healthy. The health benefits of exercise mainly include: promoting metabolism, preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, enhancing lung function, making joints and bones more flexible and improving body resistance.
A person who keeps fit all the year round is more likely to have physical problems than a person who suffers from "Ge You paralysis" all the year round, except for the difference in body shape.
I used to have an example around me. Two women who are almost pregnant, A always likes sports before pregnancy and likes to play ball when she has time, and B is a person who doesn't exercise much.
Results Female A had little effect except early retching and late edema. And girl B is not only difficult to move, but also has a bad mentality. She often complains about insomnia and her skin is getting worse.
During pregnancy, the gap between exercise and inactivity can be seen so clearly. Therefore, I am afraid that people can only feel the importance of sports at the critical moment when there is no mountain and no water leakage on weekdays.
3. Exercise makes people confident
In fact, exercise is a matter that requires self-discipline. Many people don't realize the benefits of exercise until they stop exercising for several days.
But ask many people who are keen on sports, if they stop exercising one day, it will be very uncomfortable. Because they are used to the good influence of sports all year round. Dopamine and endorphins produced by exercise make people not only healthy, but also happy and energetic. Over time, people will become confident.
