2. Empowerment means that people can control their own health decisions and behaviors, which is conducive to ensuring that everyone enjoys equal opportunities for medical care and resources.
3. Coordination: refers to the interests and actions of individuals, communities, health institutions, social and economic departments, governments and non-governmental organizations in health promotion, forming a strong alliance and social support system, and working together to achieve health goals.
