How to strengthen management and ensure the healthy development of preschool education

In recent years, preschool education in our city has developed rapidly, but there is still a big gap with the needs of economic development, basic education development and citizens' requirements in terms of high-quality resources, high-quality management and excellent quality.

1. The total amount of preschool education resources, especially high-quality resources, is insufficient to meet the social demand for preschool education. It is understood that the class size of preschool children in several key primary schools in our city has exceeded 100, which has seriously damaged children's physical and mental health and made reality, teachers and parents miserable. The only way to solve this problem is to quickly change the ownership status of the main body of running a school and change it from public to private. It is suggested that the preschool classes of key primary schools such as experimental primary schools and primary schools affiliated to teachers should be privatized as soon as possible, and the fees and enrollment should be charged according to the law. So as to rapidly expand high-quality preschool education resources.

2. The teaching staff of many preschool institutions are not qualified as teachers, the teaching content is chaotic (for example, some kindergartens actually use primary school textbooks), and the teaching methods are outdated (for example, many kindergartens assign a lot of homework). This situation needs to be stopped urgently.

3. 4. Mobilize and rely on all social forces to develop early childhood education through various channels and forms. In particular, it strengthens the autonomy of kindergartens, expands the development space of kindergartens, and makes it possible to compete fairly and run their own characteristics. In the strategy of developing high-quality preschool education, we should focus on developing high-quality private preschool education, and promote the development of high-quality private kindergartens by establishing various demonstration kindergartens at all levels.

3. The socialization of early childhood education inevitably requires the socialization and integration of early childhood education management. It is suggested that the joint meeting system of relevant government departments should be gradually established, the kindergarten admission system and fee management system should be improved, the verification mechanism of teacher appointment, the supervision mechanism of kindergarten cost accounting, the linkage mechanism of kindergarten supervision and management, and the coordination mechanism of industry management should be established, and special funds for preschool education should be set up in the education funds to encourage and support demonstration kindergartens, and preschool teacher training and educational research should be carried out.

4. To develop high-quality preschool education, we also need to solve the following problems:

(1) Implement the qualification and certificate system for kindergarten teachers and nurses as soon as possible.
