First of all, set your own mobile phone usage time.
Through screen time management, help you balance the use time of your mobile phone.
1. Go to Settings > Use your mobile phone healthily, and turn it on.
2. Select I Use, and then click OK.

Click the available time to set the total time allowed to use the mobile phone every day.
Click Application Restrictions, select the application to be set, and set the time allowed to use the application.
Click Deactivation Time > Add Deactivation Time, and set the time period for disabling the mobile phone according to the prompts.
When the limited time is reached, the unavailable application icon will be grayed out.
If you want to continue to use an application, click the application icon, and then click Deferred Use. You can choose to extend the use for 15 minutes, or use it indefinitely today.
To turn off the healthy use of mobile phone, please enter the interface of healthy use of mobile phone and click Turn off the healthy use of mobile phone.
Second, check the statistical report of mobile phone usage.
Check the distribution of time you spend on various applications by using your mobile phone healthily to help you use your mobile phone healthily.
Go to settings > healthy use of mobile phone > usage statistics, and click today or the past seven days to view the mobile phone:
