What are the three aspects of mental health?

As a healthy person in modern society, its symbol is not only physical and physiological health, but also healthy psychology and perfect social adaptability.

For most people, the concept of physical health is not unfamiliar, and mental health is not so easy to explain. Scholars at home and abroad have discussed the standards of mental health many times. From a comprehensive point of view, mental health at least includes the following three aspects:

Normal mental state; Harmonious interpersonal relationship; Perfect social adaptability.

The so-called normal mental state means that a person should have healthy emotions, sound will and coordinated behavior, which is the basis for dealing with interpersonal relationships and social adaptation.

Harmonious interpersonal relationship means that a person is sincere and good at understanding the needs of others when interacting with others, rather than being self-centered in everything.

Perfect social adaptability refers to the ability of individuals to effectively adjust their behavior habits or attitudes in order to adapt to the social living environment. In social life, everyone has their own unique way to deal with people and things, and they all have the desire and need for interpersonal communication, friendship and achievement. The satisfaction of these needs depends on the individual's social adaptability.

Only by fully understanding the social situation, consciously observing social norms, having a correct understanding of the "role" played by oneself and others in society, and having a moderate evaluation of one's own abilities, can we effectively adapt to society, give full play to one's talents and make contributions to society.
