Before the exam, candidates should download, print and sign the "Commitment Letter of Health Examination for Candidates in the 2022 Ordinary High School Level Examination in Jiangsu Province" on the portal of Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute, and submit it to the test center staff at the final exam.
5. Candidates should prepare the "Su Kang code" in advance, so that they can be inspected when entering the test center. "Su Kang code" non-green code candidates must provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the exam.
6. Candidates should know and ensure that they meet the epidemic prevention policies and requirements of the test center in advance, be familiar with the test center in advance, reserve enough time for each test, arrive at the test center in advance and accept relevant inspections, so as not to affect the test.
7. Candidates should plan the travel time and route in advance, do personal protection during the exam, and always wear masks when taking public transportation. In order to avoid crowd gathering, parents do not send exams or gather at the entrance of the test center, and candidates take exams independently. During the examination, no one is allowed to enter the test center except the candidates.
8. Candidates staying near the test center should choose accommodation places with sanitary conditions meeting the requirements of epidemic prevention and control to ensure the safety of accommodation and food.
Second, the entrance inspection
1. Candidates should wear masks when entering the test center, consciously take temperature tests, and take the initiative to show the "Health Commitment Letter" and "Su Kang Code". Some candidates must also show negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test.

Candidates are not allowed to walk around when they enter the test center. During the waiting period, you should try to keep a distance of more than 1 m with others to avoid close contact and communication.
Third, the test requirements
1. Candidates are not allowed to wear masks when entering the test center or examination room, which will affect identification. During the examination, candidates in low-risk examination areas choose whether to wear masks; Candidates in high-risk test areas must wear masks all the time.
2. Candidates who have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, decreased sense of smell and taste, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc. during the examination should immediately report to the staff of the test center and follow the arrangement of the staff.
3. At the end of the exam, you should leave in an orderly manner according to the instructions of the invigilator. You should not be crowded, keep the distance between people, and you should not stay at the test center.
Fourth, other requirements.
1. Candidates should consciously cooperate with the examination center to do a good job in physical examination. Anyone who conceals or falsely reports important information about epidemic prevention and control, such as residence history, contact history and health status, refuses to cooperate with the staff to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control during the examination, will be disqualified from the examination and will be dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Examination epidemic prevention and control measures will be adjusted in time according to changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation.
