The course is divided into four aspects: sports participation, sports skills, physical health, mental health and social adaptation. The description and objectives of each aspect are as follows.
Sports participation 1. Participate in physical education study and exercise; 2. Experience the fun and success of sports.
Sports skill goal: 1. Learning sports knowledge; 2. Master sports skills and methods; 3. Enhance safety awareness and prevention ability.
Health goal: 1. Master basic health care knowledge and methods; 2. Shaping a good figure and posture; 3. Fully develop physical fitness and fitness ability; 4. Improve the ability to adapt to the natural environment.
The goal of mental health and social adaptation: 1. Cultivate strong will quality; 2. Learn how to control emotions; 3. Form cooperative consciousness and ability; 4. Have good sports ethics.
